Terms of service

NVDRA HR is a subscription service by NVDRA. These terms apply to organizations that subscribe and to the people who sign in on their behalf.

Accounts

• Organizations are created by NVDRA. The organization’s administrator is responsible for who gets access and for the accuracy of the data entered.
• Sign-in happens through auth.nvdra.com. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Only enter data about people you are allowed to process under the law and your employment contracts.
• Do not try to access other organizations’ data, bypass attendance controls or misuse the job portal.

Service and billing

Access may be suspended for overdue invoices or violations of these terms; your users will see a message explaining why. The optional job portal (careers.nvdra.com) is enabled by NVDRA per organization.

Your data

Your organization owns its data and can export employees, attendance and leave balances as CSV at any time. See our privacy policy.

Liability

NVDRA HR is a tool: decisions about pay, discipline or leave remain the organization’s responsibility. We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
