NVDRA HR is operated by NVDRA (Nexus, Vision, Data, Research & Analytics). Organizations use it to manage their own employees. For employee data, your employer is the data controller and NVDRA processes the data on their behalf.
What we store
- Employee records entered by your HR team: name, contact details, job details, ID number, emergency contact, documents and photo.
- Attendance: check-in/out times, how they were recorded (online, QR, badge, CSV, HR entry), and — only when your organization turns on location rules — the IP address and location at check-in.
- Leave requests, decisions, balances, encashments and attachments you upload.
- Your NVDRA account identity (name, email) from auth.nvdra.com. Passwords are never stored in NVDRA HR.
Who can see it
- Your organization’s administrators and HR managers see employee records, attendance and leave.
- Line managers see their direct reports’ attendance and leave requests.
- Employees see their own profile, attendance, balances and documents.
- Data is never shared between organizations. NVDRA staff access it only to provide support or when the law requires it.
Job portal
If your organization uses careers.nvdra.com, jobs and applications are stored there. Applicants applied to your organization by choice; opening their profile or CV is shown to them under your company name.
Security
Documents and leave attachments are stored privately and only served to authorised users. Traffic between NVDRA services is signed and encrypted. Access ends automatically when an employee’s record is closed or the organization is suspended.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete your personal data, contact your employer’s HR team first. You can also reach NVDRA through our contact page.
